Give support to the quality improvement projects within yogurt, fresh cheese and dairy desserts by working collaboratively with Operations, Marketing, R&D, Quality/Food Safety, and Supply Chain. Work collaboratively with multiple EU plants and functions to ensure consistent quality that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Support product quality improvement and sensory analysis efforts in assigned category and improve customer satisfaction. Provide proactive and reactive technical support to the production teams to help maintain optimum process efficiency.
Get knowledge on dairy/food chemistry and product science to improve her overall competency. Providing technical expertise and support on key projects as necessary teaching her in technical aspects
Apply continuous improvement efforts in quality by deploying CI techniques including SPC and MSA.
Identify areas of improvement in the workflow processes to identify possible issues and solve routine problems effectively
Perform laboratory testing of incoming raw materials and outgoing products, record laboratory data and help prepare the audits of the laboratory. Manage LIMS as user minimum
Collect data required for validation activities aligned with the standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain accuracy of QC data and records.
