- Process and reconcile invoices
- Create and maintain team member files with appropriate checklist
- Manage the new customer/vendor process appropriate paperwork
- Keep up to date with DOT document requirements and reports
- Update documents into JJ Keller
- Responsible for answering all AP related emails and assisting with customers Invoice related inquiries
- Process all payments to customers and vendors
- Account receivable management (month-end reporting and reconciliations)
- Assist with new hire onboarding process
- Data entry into TDS – receiving of materials (inbound), prints receiving reports, updates customers with inventory, shipping of materials (outbound)
- Other duties assigned by Pipe yard or EMI Operations manager
- Experience with all aspects of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Accounts payable & Accounts receivable experience required
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Two years' experience in an office support role
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to work day shift ( 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
- The office location is in an industrial setting
- Sit for extended periods of time
