Summary:

Objective: The Sponsor aims to engage Contractors to facilitate the release of innovative technology products through enhanced visualization and creative branding initiatives. This entails designing marketing materials (flyers, posters, logos, etc.) and multimedia support, including video production, animation, storyboarding, web design, and installations. These efforts will significantly contribute to the Sponsor's mission by improving analytic rigor and insight across its projects.

Roles and Responsibilities: Contractors will be tasked with an array of design assignments ranging from routine to complex, supporting a diverse set of needs from business awards to web design. They will work autonomously, engaging in design projects that include:

• Creating various visual products for print, web, and digital displays.
• Engaging with clients to identify project needs and advise on design aspects.
• Managing resources and production schedules.
• Holding meetings to conceptualize visualization and design strategies.
• Adhering to professional standards and Sponsor guidelines on design and software usage.
• Staying current with industry trends and software updates.
• Supporting event coordination and exploring innovative applications of tools like Adobe Animate or Cinema 4D.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

1. Demonstrated experience providing communications, graphic design, and presentations for Senior Leadership.
2. Demonstrated experience with brand management and outreach activities.
3. Demonstrated experience creating mission-related infographics, charts, and briefings
4. Developing marketing materials for brand identity and campaigns to include: logos, posters, brochures, email, newsletter and PowerPoint templates.
5. Demonstrated experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After-Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat Pro.
6. Demonstrated experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desired Skills:

1. Demonstrated experience in web design, web development, and/or web publishing.
2. Demonstrated experience facilitating visualization or design concept meetings.
3. Demonstrated experience working in graphic design or in a similar field.
4. Demonstrated experience applying color theory, typography, and visualization and design concepts.
5. Demonstrated experience of robust creative and technical skills.
6. Demonstrated experience with customer service and project management skills.
7. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent arts major.
