SAIC is seeking a Weapons Systems Logistics Analyst to support the US Navy in Crane, IN.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performs Operational Support tasks for the 18G FST.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manages life-cycle logistics across multiple aircraft/weapons systems and components on the EA-18G to include Acquisition, sustainment, modifications/upgrades, and end-of-life. 
  • Manage changes to publications.
  • Manage Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material shortages (DMSMS) to extend the life of enterprise systems.
  • Manage Logistics Product Data to include Maintenance Plans and Provisioning of modified systems. 
  • Manage changes to Support Equipment and software.
  • Audits available data, identifies deficiencies, manages data, researches data sources for program supportability data and submits findings to the Government.
  • Provide assistance in planning and organizing a project and its resources.
  • Consolidate, arrange/initiate, track, and coordinate team meetings, publish agendas, record and distribute minutes for team meetings, maintain the team calendar, and consolidate and prepare reports for weekly/monthly significant events.
  • Reviews engineering and logistics source data for adherence to program requirements.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:

  • Bachelor's degree three (3) years or more of related experience or equivalent; Experience in lieu of degree will be accepted.
  • Prior experience with life-cycle logistics across multiple aircraft/weapons systems and components to include Acquisition, sustainment, modifications/upgrades, and end-of-life.
  • Understand the system modification process to include managing and authoring Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Technical Directives (TDs), and modification kits.
  • Experience with Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material shortages (DMSMS).
  • Experience with Logistics Product Data to include Maintenance Plans and Provisioning of modified systems. 
  • Interim clearance required to start with the ability to obtain a secret clearance. SAIC will sponsor the clearance the process.
  • US Citizenship required.
