We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Analyst Senior Principal to join our dynamic team. As the Training Analyst Senior, you will direct training programs to meet internal employee learning objectives, designing custom learning assessment courses and creating various instructional materials. You will be tasked with evaluating participant performance effectiveness, implementing enhancements as needed.

Work is performed on site in Norfolk, VA and Virginia Beach, VA.

This position is contingent upon award news Spring of 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evaluate training programs to meet learning objectives.
  • Analyze custom course development, develop evaluating criteria for course objectives.
  • Responsible for the communication and delivery of the course content and materials.
  • Collaborate with internal functional organization to evaluate new or existing learning objectives and course content.
  • Create course content, training materials, visual aids and documentation to support a variety of instructional formats such as lecture, lab exercises, field training, computer-based training (CBT), and/or web-based training (WBT).
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs, assesses results, and implements enhancements as needed.
  • Provide post-training follow up to determine applicability of course material or training approaches.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Education, Psychology or related Training Systems discipline.
  • Ten (10) years professional experience in curriculum development in support of C4ISR system training, to include: establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying instructional systems design (ISD) processes.
  • Strong understanding of learning principles and effective training methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners in a classroom or online setting.
  • Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems (LMS), and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective training solutions.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during training development or delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
  • Ability to build rapport with colleagues and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 

Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
    • Active Interim Secret or final Secret clearance is preferred.
