SAIC is looking for a Tableau Technical Trainer to come and join our team to help modernize IRS systems and processes, improve taxpayer experience, increase voluntary compliance, and reduce the Service's reliance on costly and unsustainable legacy technology.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and delivery training primarily focused on Tableau and Reporting Tools to IRS business end users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design white-glove level training solutions
- Develop high quality training content and materials
Qualifications
Required:
- BS and 2 years experience developing technical training material
- Ability to obtain and maintain a MBI clearance/public trust
- Experience delivering training content to business users in various formats of training delivery including web-based and classroom
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with technical teams and end users.
Desired:
- Active IRS MBI Clearance Highly Desirable
- Prior IRS experience or tax expertise highly desirable
- Knowledgeable about IRS business and tax forms strongly preferred.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
