SAIC is seeking a System Administrator to support the US Navy in Crane, IN.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The selected applicant will serve as the Windchill PDMLink administrator for the Airborne Crew Served Weapons Branch.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
The selected applicant will serve as the Windchill PDMLink administrator for the Airborne Crew Served Weapons Branch. The administrator will be responsible for:
- Managing project initiatives related to the integration of the Windchill application with Creo Parametric modeling software as well as Arbortext technical authoring application
- Custom launch scripts to ensure connectivity between the modeling software and model database
- Manage permissions and authorities for the different groups accessing technical data
Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience performing System Administrator for the DoD. Additional years of industry experience in lieu of degree will be accepted.
- Ideal candidate would possess minimum two years' experience operating, testing, administration, or maintaining Windchill PDMLink systems.
- Able to work independently and be detail oriented.
- Multi-task supporting multiple customers both internal and external.
- In-depth knowledge of DoD information Assurance requirements to provide support in implanting policies and procedures.
- Interim secret required to start with the ability to obtain secret security clearance. SAIC will sponsor the clearance process.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
