SAIC is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join the USAF Cloud One team. This position supports the Cloud One Digital Engineering program under the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center Office for Network Integration (AFLCMC/HNI). Cloud One is a hybrid IT infrastructure hosting mission systems and applications for the U.S. Air Force and other Government Customers.  This role is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior developers on ServiceNow customization, integration, and development tasks in an ITSM implemented environment.
  • Assist in the development and configuration of ServiceNow modules utilizing UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and workflows.
  • Support the creation and configuration of Notifications, UI pages, Service Catalog, and Workspaces.
  • Help maintain and support the ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
  • Develop and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

  • Interim Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain a Secret clearance required to maintain employment.
  • US citizenship required.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Security+ Certification or equivalent.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with customizing and configuring the ServiceNow application UI and automated processes.
  • Experience with HTML, XML, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with REST and web services.
  • Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with front-end technologies such as XML, CSS.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working within the ServiceNow platform completing administration tasks, including user provisioning, ticket research and response, reporting, system upgrades, system updates, hotfixes, and maintenance activities.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
