We are seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst with experience in Agile methodologies to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote job that can be worked anywhere within the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Agile Expertise: Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to manage project workflows, facilitate team collaboration, and deliver incremental value.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
• Team Management: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging continuous improvement.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize impact on timelines and budget.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine project management processes and Agile practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen - No dual citizenship.
• Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience with a strong background in Agile methodologies. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Agile Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), with hands-on experience in implementing Agile practices and tools.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams, manage conflicts, and drive results.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Certifications: Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure Dev/Ops.

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
