· Technical expert in HSI-related efforts as they relate to the ICBM environment
· Support to the Systems Engineering (SE) domain
· Conducts user needs analysis, task flow analysis, interface design, usability testing and statistical data analysis
· Involved in both the technical and program management efforts that provide integrated and comprehensive analysis, design, and assessment of human performance requirements, concepts, and resources
· Develops human factors design, testing and applied research for ICBM products and services, including user/task: flow analysis, process modeling and interface design.
· Review prime contractor technical documentation, specifications, and design drawings
· Participation in technical reviews and providing sound advice/suggestions within this field to the Government customer
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or technical (Physics, Mathematics) and 3+ years related experience or a Master's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.
· Must have a Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain Top Secret.
· Proven experience in systems engineering and defense systems.
· Strong understanding of systems engineering processes, methods, and tools.
· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
