SAIC is seeking a Special Security Representative to support the National Guard Bureau J2 security office and the larger Military Intelligence Service and Support (MISS) Program. Work is onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
Job Duties:
- Perform Special Security Representative functions in a SCIF, including as read-ons, read-offs, indoctrinations, travel briefings, debriefings, etc.
- Utilize Defense Information System for Security (DISS) system for PERSEC actions such as clearance verifications, visit requests, and SCI nominations.
- Travel to support Chief of NGB with SCI materials and set up secure rooms with appropriate countermeasures ahead of the visit.
- No telework, must be on-site.
- 90% of the work on site in the NGB SCIF within the Pentagon with occasional work at the NGB TARC facility.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and two (2) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
Required Security Clearance:
- Active Top Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Required Skills:
- Experience in dealing with secured spaces of SCIF locations.
- Experience with Defense Information System for Security (DISS) system for PERSEC actions.
- Strong interpersonal skills among multiple levels of personnel.
- Previous badging experience.
