Seeking a proven team lead with experience deploying and managing OCONUS personnel. Position remote but will manage personnel in various combat environments overseas in support of the US Army Warfighter.
Job Duties:
- Manage and track requirements to survey, install, de-install, repair, and upgrade US Army systems in various OCONUS combat environments.
- Develop timelines and schedules for multiple personnel to facilitate multiple actions as required by the US Army in support of the contract.
- Coordinate deployments including preparation, training, housing, and transportation for personnel in OCONUS combat environments.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree and (15) fifteen years of relevant experience; Masters degree and (13) thirteen years of relevant experience.
Required Security Clearance:
- Active Secret clearance (US Citizenship required).
Required Skills:
- Previous experience with deploying personnel OCONUS
- Previous experience estimating deployment and OCONUS travel costs
- Previous experience traveling OCONUS within the ARCENT AOR
- Military experience
- Experience managing project schedules, cost, and requirements
- Experience working with ARCENT and 401st AFSB
- Experience reading and interpreting Operational Needs Statements
Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
