SAIC is seeking a proactive and agile Mission Engagement Manager to coordinate activities and requirements with mission managers and technical teams; prepare and deliver briefings to senior leadership; and conduct stakeholder engagement and outreach activities in support of an SAIC Intelligence community customer. As a pivotal member of this team, you will regularly interface and coordinate with the Directorate leadership, federal partners and other external government agencies on counterintelligence technical tools and capabilities, gaining an understanding of customer requirements and effectively communicating those needs to the technical teams. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and be able to prepare and deliver mission briefings to senior leadership; proactively and diplomatically engage with external customers and relay requirements to technical developers; be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and pivot between multiple activities while managing tasks efficiently; and conduct effective outreach.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation and Delivery of Senior-level briefings
- Preparing and delivering briefings to Federal Partner leadership on CI technical tools from a mission perspective
- Organizing stakeholder meetings, working groups, user groups, and preparing read-ahead materials
- Conducting follow-up actions to include preparing meeting summaries and after-action taskers
- Mission Engagement and Coordination
- Engaging with mission managers and federal partners on the use of counterintelligence and non Title 50 technical tools
- Documenting mission-use cases and partner engagement in a CRM tool, and coordinating and relaying customer requirements to the technical team
- Coordinating with external partners, such as the Foreign Terrorist Tracking Task Force, on the transmittal and vetting of customer data
Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- Bachelors and 10+ years or more of related experience
- 3-5 years of experience within an IC Agency
- Effective oral communication abilities, with experience briefing to senior-level audience
- Experience with stakeholder outreach, engagement, and coordination
- Demonstrated use of Microsoft Office and CRM tool use for tracking

- Ability to work in a dynamic mission environment which requires balancing competing priorities and schedules
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
