This position is a Hybrid role where the candidate will be able to work from home, but will require local travel in the DC area to observe progress and meet stakeholders with occasional travel to other sites outside of the DC area (<10% to other locations).

Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and articulate requirements from stakeholders.
- Meet with key stakeholders to synchronize priorities and address needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify potential risks, develop and manage robust timelines and structure frameworks for delivering solutions.
- Develop, monitor, and report on progress until project completion.
- Unite the interests of Security, Facilities, IT, and Business Operations.
- Oversee and steer the operational facets of active projects, ensuring seamless coordination between Senior Leadership, Program Managers, and Subject Matter Experts.
- Design and refine project requirements, timelines, and tracking methodologies.
- Conduct project status reviews, manage schedules, and compile progress reports.
- Address and resolve project challenges to uphold productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Develop procedures for ongoing project evaluation and resolution strategies involving stakeholders.
- Guarantee fulfillment of security-related program obligations, including secure spaces and systems.

Qualifications
Required Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant experience. Four (4) years of additional experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Top Secret SCI clearance required.
- US Citizenship required.
- Working knowledge of ICD-705, NISPOM 32 CFR Part 117 and 2001.53 (Open Storage Area), and TEMPEST best practices.
- A strong background performing within the IC community and understanding ICD 705 requirements.
- PMP Certification required.
- Experience with the full lifecycle of construction of classified areas from sponsorship, design, schedule, material orders and build, to accreditation and how the nuances of customer networks may impact the operational timelines.
- Proven history of collaborating with customer, business partners, other functional support team, and vendors to meet organizational classified space needs.
- Must be based in the DC Metro Area and be willing to travel to various locations to monitor project statuses.
