SAIC is seeking a Business Analyst for an exciting role supporting the Pacific Air Forces A371 office in Honolulu, HI (Hickam AFB).

This is an onsite position, with no option for remote work.

The Pacific Air Forces A371 office has complex business management processes supporting and receiving funding from numerous organizations across PACAF and USINDOPACOM.  It is critical to ensure the business processes ensure accurate, efficient, and effective management of resources to maximize PACAF's ability to support theater objectives. 

The Business Analyst will:

  • Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and PACAF goals and objectives.
  • Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and PACAF goals/objectives.
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring exercise/event progress and for intervention and problem solving with the execution team.
  • Support development of budgets and schedules to meet RFS requirements to ensure that cost and schedules are met.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree with 8 years of work experience or a bachelor's degree with 10 years of work experience, or 14 years total work experience.
  • Ability to apply analytic techniques to evaluate programmatic data.
  • Experience and knowledge in project management concepts and principles.
  • Must be US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance

Desired Experience: experience managing PACAF/USINDOPACOM business processes.


Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
