This opportunity will allow an experienced urologist to have immediate access to a robust patient volume and contribute to shaping the future of a new urology practice. With plans to grow to a group of 4 providers and multiple APPs, this position is ideal for a general urologist excited to build something! New grads will have support from the recently appointed Medical Director and two urology hospitalists who will bear the brunt of the call burden. The position offers ample room for growth and the flexibility to accommodate most subspecialties within the scope of a general urology position. • Opportunity at flagship hospital, a 396-bed hospital, level II trauma center.

Position Highlights:
• Join a Medical Director and 2 Urology Hospitalists who will cover the majority of the call in a block scheduling model, so you can spend more time in the OR and in clinic without the burden of much call/ trauma call.
• Practice in one hospital, one Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
• Dedicated support for practice growth and physician well-being, including urology hospitalists, locum tenens coverage and assistance from area urologists with inpatient and trauma call coverage while practice builds to 4 providers.
• Very competitive compensation package, featuring a generous base salary, production bonus, commencement bonus, training stipend, relocation allowance, and options for student loan/medical debt repayment.
• Collaborative and supportive hospital environment, fostering camaraderie among a diverse group of providers and medical staff across specialties.
• Option to take call for pay (threshold is 10 days a month)
• Access to ample block OR time, ensuring efficient patient care and procedural scheduling.
