Summary

The Talent Manager, Supplier will be responsible for the leadership, direction, education, process and execution, which supports critical business operations between RNDC and supplier partners, in such a way as to meet and exceed objectives by performing the following duties.

In this role, you will
  • Partner with Sales Managers and Specialists to identify training needs and provide solutions.
  • Apply a structured approach to coaching and goal achievement.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration across teams.
  • Utilize technology to enhance training and development.
  • Develop a best-in-class onboarding program for all roles.
  • Deliver engaging and effective learning solutions.
  • Conduct in-field training to drive results and improve processes.
  • Lead key projects to boost team engagement and performance.
What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in alcoholic beverage wholesale sales.
  • Sales management experience with responsibility for sales execution, training, and promotions preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and supplier platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
  • High travel demands (up to 50%) with time spent in-market and at night/on-premise events.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in various environments, including outdoor conditions.
