Summary

RNDC is looking for an Innovative and Energetic Organizational development Manager. The Organizational Development Manager is a subject matter expert on all aspects of organizational development. Oversees the development of learning and talent management programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals and will also help establish and embed talent pipeline programs and DEI into key talent initiatives. The Organizational Development Manager develops programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture.

In this role, you will
  • Partner with senior leaders and the broader Talent Management team and Human Resources business partners to understand specific developments needs at all levels. Engage and communicate with all key senior stakeholders on the impact, status, and success of current and future leadership development initiatives. 
  • Conduct needs analyses on a regular basis across RNDC business functions to recognize emerging patterns and provide recommendations to address potential leadership development skill gaps and opportunities. 
  • Evaluate existing programs/content for impact and alignment with organizational needs. 
  • Partner to build an integrated talent development/management roadmap that considers the current and future state business and capability needs. Work with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and talent management team to achieve alignment on development program design while meeting budget and timeline expectations. 
  • Provide recommendations on how to innovate and improve the processes, outputs and products within the learning and talent management function. Assesses leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders on project progress and potential risks. 
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, CSR, and Field HR to ensure diverse sourcing strategies, equitable talent management initiatives, and a best-in-class employee experience for pipeline leader roles. 
  • Deliver a suite of high impact, and engaging learning experiences across the organization from team member through executive level. to enhance RNDC employee capability and drive organizational performance. 
  • Liaise with external thought partners, vendors, and internal key stakeholder groups to ensure to capitalize on synergies, maximize impact, and leverage our partnerships. 
What you bring to RNDC

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university, master's preferred; seven or more years related experience preferred and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous work experience in leadership development management role, designing and managing a suite of leadership learning programs and journeys. Experience supporting adult learning and development and developing tools/training for employees at all levels of an organization strongly preferred. Travel required for the job related to recruitment. Estimated travel is 25% or less per month.

 Compensation

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with California's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $82,000.00 up to $117,200.00, and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions if applicable. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.
