SummaryThe Maintenance Conveyer Lead will be responsible for preventive, predictive and routine maintenance of the local shipping system, equipment in the facility in both production floor, warehouse, and the office area. Maintaining the shipping system within the warehouse is your primary responsibly but will also be responsible to conduct minor MHE repairs as needed and manager vendor relationships. Provides 24 hour on-call assistance as needed for the shipping system to ensure its sustainability. Adds value to Warehouse efficiencies by performing the following duties.
In this role, you will- Gain working knowledge of sortation software, PLC operation, and utilize the X3 maintenance software program.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical issues in shipping systems and production equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of machinery by following a rigorous maintenance program for electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
- Maintain and order spare parts to support efficient shipping operations.
- Provide breakdown support and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Oversee maintenance contracts, obtain competitive bids, and manage assets to optimize spending and efficiency.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and corporate safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, optimize equipment performance, and manage maintenance budgets to reduce costs.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related field preferred; or 5+ years of equivalent work experience in warehouse maintenance.
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment, Automated Shipping Systems, conveyors, and conducting corrective maintenance.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate Material Handling Equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand, climb, balance, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate machinery in a warehouse setting.
- On-site warehouse role requiring hands-on equipment operation; must adhere to safety and operational protocols.

Compensation
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Washington state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The base wage range for this role is $56,000 - 78,000 annually and is paid on an hourly basis with eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on an applicant's skills and experience.
