Our Higher Education Sales Associates are on the front lines of driving and supporting learning innovation. They act as account managers, consulting with Colleges and Universities to help educators across the nation increase student success. In this line of work, you will offer world class digital, print, and service solutions that address the issues and challenges facing students, faculty, and institutions today. The goal is to move prospects through the sales pipeline by conducting a needs analysis, providing solutions, navigating negotiations and finally, obtaining a verbal commitment! - Education: Some college demonstrating academic excellence (2 years preferred)
- Sales Skills and Aptitude: Consistently call 15+ faculty a day, coordinate and lead sales demonstrations on key products and solutions, and maintain accurate tracking and forecasting in the system.
- Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
- Availability: Open availability between 8am-8pm Monday through Saturday, Time zone depends on location assignment
- Pay Expectation: Our Higher Education Sales pay rates start at $17/hr plus up to $3/hr bonus pay in production
- A PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system (NO Mac, Chromebook, Tablet or Smartphone)
- High Speed Internet – minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
- Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable, (WIFI is not acceptable)
- 2 dedicated computer monitors minimum 13 inches or larger
- A VoIP USB Headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training
- Dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
- Additional equipment specifications will be tested during the interview process
