Are you an experienced recruiter with a knack for finding top talent in competitive markets? We are seeking a Corporate Office and Executive Recruiter to become a key member of our recruiting team; as such, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring high-caliber professionals for corporate and executive roles across various functions. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Corporate Office and Executive Recruiter role will drive all things recruitment from an enterprise level through the brands you support. Job duties include:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for corporate and executive roles, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and assist with the onboarding and new hire orientation process.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, social media, referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, acting as a brand ambassador by networking with industry professionals to promote the company's culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Partner closely with hiring managers, senior executives, and HR teams to understand business needs, create job descriptions, and establish recruitment timelines and strategies.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to refine recruiting strategies.
  • Interview Process Management: Coordinate and conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and provide insightful feedback to hiring teams to ensure a true partnership with other interviewees in the hiring process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional and welcoming recruitment process.
  • Data and Reporting: Track and evaluate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and provide recommendations to improve recruiting processes, tools, and strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Special Projects: Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 3 or more years of experience in corporate or executive recruitment in a direct hire or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing high-level candidates in corporate or executive roles.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Technical skills including Boolean knowledge and application experience, overall online sourcing experience, ability to work with computers and technology –; particularly Microsoft Office programs, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Must possess a valid and active US Driver's License.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or AIRS certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Familiarity with executive compensation packages and negotiation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in Military and Diversity recruitment preferred.

OUR ENVIRONMENT

This position is based in your home office with some expected travel to attend recruitment events and visit the leadership you support in the field. This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time while working on a computer. Some PSSI facilities require PPE to protect against chemical and airborne pathogen exposure.
