• ACLS, BCLS, & CRRT Prismaflex all required
• SKILLS: IABP, fresh open heart required

Job Details
• The 26 weeks is flexible to any amount a traveler can commit to over 13 weeks.
• Travelers are expected to be available to work at least 3 holidays out of the 5 (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
• Manager will call candidate after signs contract and will have 48 hours to reject candidate post interview.
• Please indicate the WA license status: Active, in Process or no license on your profile.
• If 'in process status' Please provide applied date and ETA of issue date
• Option to flex less than 26 weeks
• Will accept first-time travelers, Can submit with pending WA license
• Patient diagnoses include cardiovascular disease, Pre/post Cath Lab and IR procedures, Fresh Open Heart Surgery.
• Special procedures include CABG, OHS, AAA, Valvular Repairs, IABP, Impella, VAD's, Pacemakers, Epicardial Pacer Management, CRRT/Dialysis, Hemodynamic Monitoring, Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, CPAP/BiPap, Trach Care, Vents, High Frequency Vents, Procedure Sedation, RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation Drugs, Blood/BloodProducts Administration, Cardioversion / Defibrillation, Cooling/Warming, Obtain 12 Lead EKG.
• Unit has unseasoned staff so they need strong travelers
• Cardiac Surgical experience is REQUIRED
• 4 days orientation - validated skills for some competencies

Job Requirements
• MUST HAVE MIN OF 2 YEARS EXP & TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PASS CLINICAL REVIEW TO RECIEVE AUTO OFFER - COMPACT LICENSE ACCEPTED
• IF previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license.
• CVICU experience
• Experience with device or two (i.e. IABP, PrismFlex, Impella, ECMO, LVAD) preferred

Schedule Information
• A traveler can commit to over 13 weeks.
• Expected to work at least 3 holidays out of the 5 major ones during holiday season.

Unit Specific Information
• This is an AYA offer unit.

Additional Details
• If traveler does not sign in 24 hours, candidate risks losing the offer to the first candidate that signs.
