The clinic features a primary care medical home setting, co-located with internal medicine, and offers the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team that includes medical assistants, embedded patient relations representatives, and a psychologist.   • Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (flexible to hire 0.8 FTE, 0.9 FTE or 1.0 FTE)
  • Schedule can be either 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week
  • No call
  • Outpatient care only; paneled position
  • Brand new clinic space with on-site urgent care, sports medicine, lab, x-ray, CT, and ultrasound
  • Guaranteed base salary, quality incentive, signing bonus and relocation assistance available
  • CME days and dollars, cost of licenses, paid membership dues, paid subscriptions and paid board certification available
  • Standard employed provider benefits package, including PTO, health, life, dental, vision, disability and malpractice
  • As a non-profit organization, Providence is an eligible employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
  • Our clinic has an active site application on file with Oregon Office of Rural Health for the provider incentive programs.
  • 1 to 2 years of practice experience post-licensure required.
