Psychometrist- Waukesha Memorial - Outpatient Behavioral Health

ProHealth Care is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Psychometrist to join our Behavioral Health team and help improve the lives of our patients.
Job Summary
The psychometrist will work directly under the supervision of a licensed psychologist to administer and score a wide range of psychological and neuropsychological tests for child, adolescent, adult, and older adult clinical populations
As part of our team, you will:
- Administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological measures to patients across diverse age groups and cognitive abilities.
- Accurately score and record test results.
- Provide detailed behavioral observations of patients to aid the psychologist in test interpretation.
- Support providers across Behavioral Health, Neuroscience, and Senior Health.
- Complete administrative duties such as scheduling with patients and other clerical duties such as managing test inventories and creating scoring tools
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with patients of varying ages (ages 4 – 90+), cultural backgrounds, and cognitive abilities
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for patient care
- Previous experience administering and scoring psychological and neuropsychological tests is preferred, but not required.
Location & Schedule:
- ProHealth Care Waukesha Memorial Hospital
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM – offering excellent work-life balance!
- Opportunity to work from home 1 day/week, as it fits with providers' schedule, after completion of training

Job Summary Administer and score psychological tests for adult, adolescent and child clinical population within the Behavioral Health Services continuum. What You Will Do:The Psychometric Technician will administer and score psychological tests for adults, adolescent and child clinical populations within the Behavioral Health Services continuum.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to psychologist and other clinical staff
- Assisting patients in scheduling psychological testing
- Managing psychological testing inventories
- Delivery, scoring, data entry and organization of results from both objective and projective psychological test instruments including but not limited to: MMPI-2/MMPI-2 RF, PAI, CPT-3, CATA, Conners and Conners 3, CAARS-S:L and O:L, Comprehensive Behavior Rating Scales (CBRS-P&T), SILS, Millon instruments (MCMI-III, MBMD, MACI/M-PACI), Achenbach instruments (OABCL, OAS-R, CBCL-P&T, YS-R), Social Responsiveness Scale-2 (SRS-2), Multiscore Depression Inventory for Children (MDI-C), Brief Battery for Health Improvement-2, DAP-I & II,KFD, H-T-P, PHQ-9 & 15, GAD-7, or any updates to these instruments as available, and other testing as assigned, i.e. general IQ testing, functional abilities/adaptive abilities tests, etc.
You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Counseling or related field
- Familiarity with standardized psychological testing instruments
- Prior work experience as a psychometric or psychology technician administering standardized testing instrument preferred
