Schedule Details: ProHealth is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic outpatient behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care through both psychotherapy and psychological testing services. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, and licensed social workers, within a community medical clinic environment.Benefits: - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Membership on ProHealth Care's medical staff. - Opportunity to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment. - Professional development opportunities.How to Apply: Please submit your resume, cover letter, and two redacted psychological test reports as part of your application.  

What You Will Do: Provide individual psychotherapy and psychological testing services.  Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including differential diagnosis for conditions such as ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and serious mental illness.  Write detailed psychological reports, deliver feedback to patients, and consult with treatment teams.  Supervise psych techs in the administration of psychological tests.Supervise trainees in therapeutic and/or testing skills.   Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatry, neuropsychology, LCSWs, LPCs, and primary care physicians.  Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC (experience preferred but not required). Contribute to treatment planning and decision-making as part of an integrated care team.  Work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting while managing a busy patient load.  Participate in ProHealth Care's medical staff meetings and initiatives.

 

Requirements:

Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.  Completion of an APA-accredited internship or residency.  Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Wisconsin.  Membership in the National Register of Health Service Psychologists.  Previous outpatient experience preferred.  Experience with AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) is a plus.  Strong skills in psychological testing, report writing, and differential diagnosis.  Experience working with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and serious mental illness.  Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.  Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record system (experience preferred but not required).  Ability to provide clinical supervisory guidance to psych techs supporting your practice.
