Description
1SE is the inpatient mental health unit with 11 private beds, providing care to voluntary adult and geriatric psychiatric patients. Some involuntary patients may be admitted under court order for psychiatric evaluation and/or treatment. Many patients are medically complex in addition to their psychiatric disorder, and can be combative. 1SE has 25 staff members; 8 Nurses, 8 CNA's, 5 UCC's, as well as Psychiatrists, Therapists, and Social Workers.
Hours: Primarily PM shift with ability to rotate to days as needed. Every other weekend, every other holiday. A mix of 8/12 hour shifts.

What You Will Do:We are currently searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide support to the staff and patients on the unit. Qualified candidates will work independently providing resource information and general nursing care to patients. Completes clerical tasks related to regulatory annual requirements, audits and patient processes.
What You Will Need:
- WI Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) - active or expired on registry
- Must have a strong interest in customer service, able to multi task, work independently with little supervision.
- Passionate about providing excellent patient care and able to demonstrate compassion at the end of life.
