Position Summary     The project controls role in the Detroit area involves working with multiple stakeholders to prepare, update, and review design and construction schedules in Primavera P6 and forecast and update cost projections. The qualified candidate will gather schedule and cost project information and translate the data to accurately reflect the overall progress of the projects in an integrated master schedule. Additional responsibilities include tracking and updating project cost information. Position Qualifications

    • Bachelors in engineering, construction management, or related field required.
    • 5-10 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
    • Experience in collaborating and resolving project issues and working independently with minimal direction required.
    • Experience with project schedule data export, databases, customized reporting, and Power BI preferred but not required.
    • Experience with water and wastewater preferred
    • Hands-on scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is required.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform scheduled reviews and ensure effective and efficient best practices for scheduling required.
    • Experience with presenting work products and facilitating work sessions preferred.
Additional Requirements   Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.   Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.   About PMA   At PMA, employee well-being is a daily priority.
