Certification Details
• RN/LVN: (9.9 hours)
• PCU RN/LVN: 2 hours
• Certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, EFM, Tech Cert Verification - National, State License 1 Verification, NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP), IV Certification (LVN/LPN/Other), Fire Card, Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB), NIH Stroke Certification, CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute, Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam

Job Details
• 2 year recent exp in specialty
• EPIC experience required
• Patient Diagnosis include a variety of medical, cardiac, and neurology cases
• Special focus on Pre- and Post- heart surgery patients, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), and Pre- and Post-op Neurosurgical patients

Job Requirements
• 2 year recent exp in specialty
• AHA ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications
• Strong cardiac skills checklist (3s & 4s)
• LA Fire card must get within 30 days
• HARDSTOP REQUIREMENT- MUST HAVE 3 or 4, proficient or expert rating for Titration of insulin drips, defibrillation, cardioversion

Schedule Information
• 12-hour shifts
• 3 month separation
• Patient Ratio Experience required 1:3

Unit Specific Information
• Special focus on Pre- and Post- heart surgery patients, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), and Pre- and Post-op Neurosurgical patients
• Unit work setting involves PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown
• Patient Diagnosis: range of medical, cardiac, neurology cases
• Management skills: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams, Post Cardiac Angiogram care, Renal failure, Accessing Ports, etc.

Additional Details
• Candidate is responsible for completing up to 10 hours of Providence and specialty specific modules, independently before candidate will be cleared to work
