Description
Position Summary:
The SETS Operations Coordinator will provide communication to the Field Tooling Support Coordinators about their visit schedules, truck inventories and other pertinent information on a regular basis. They will also communicate with the field teams to make them aware of visits, follow up after visits and answer any tooling related questions. This role will utilize reporting to monitor completion of SETS visits and adhesion to the planned schedule.
Major Responsibilities:
- Communication - Actively communicating with TSC, field and leadership about multiple aspects of the SETS process.
- Reporting – Providing visit results and documentation to appropriate teams and employees.
- Scheduling – Presenting schedule and/or schedule changes to SETS team and field teams.
- Inventory Management – Ensure TSC are properly equipped to complete their jobs properly, parts that they may need to perform a visit and equipment they require to perform their required tasks.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Vocational, technical or associates degree required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced experience in Telephone customer service
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Introductory knowledge in Smartsheet
- Minimum 3 years experience in administrative/coordinating type activities
- Minimum 3 years experience customer Service or other Communication experience
- Ability to work independently with organization and time management skills
- Decision making with focus on balance of internal team needs and customer needs
- Professional communication both verbal and written.
- Ability to quickly address TSC and field requests and be able to communicate those requests to the rest of the team.
- Agile to meet the needs of the business while maintaining focus on team performance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
