Summary of Job Description:
The Executive Director, Cybersecurity is responsible for overseeing protection and governance of Panda Restaurant Group's technical assets, including information/data, computer systems, and Point of Sales systems, to ensure components meet security and regulatory requirements. This position develops the vision and strategies while managing the implementation of global security policy, guidelines, and procedures in collaboration with IS leaders and stakeholders. The Executive Director, Cybersecurity collaborates across the enterprise with senior leaders to balance security, confidentiality and technical integrity of business objectives.
You'll get a chance to:
- Lead a team that ensures the protection of information/data, computer systems and Point of Sales systems to ensure components meet security and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and coach the associates to elevate their performance to meet the company's growth goals.
- Responsible for the long-term vision and strategy of cybersecurity, taking into account the changing technical, regulatory and business objectives.
- Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, guidelines, and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security through collaboration with IS leaders and stakeholders.
- Work with the inter- and intra-teams, internal business partners, and vendors to ensure and maintain regulatory compliance and system integrity.
- Work with a team to implement, configure, and document new security systems, such as firewalls, intrusion detection, intrusion prevention systems, and security information.
- Develop programs and plans to ensure governance, risk, and compliance management programs meet business needs and are delivered successfully.
- Provide strategic risk guidance for technical initiatives.
- Establish appropriate metrics and indicators leading to effective management of the Cybersecurity initiatives and team effectiveness.

Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum twelve years of IT governance or security related experience, with increasing management responsibility
- CISSP, CISM, or CISA required.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range: M5: $205,000 - $288,000 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

ADA Statement:
While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
