Summary of Job Description:
The Digital Business Associate (Technical Systems) supports the Technical Program Manager in creating and optimizing the systems needed to create a best-in-class digital experience for our guests. This position supports the Technical Program Manager related to the Panda Express website, mobile app, loyalty and CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support the Technical Program Manager in reviewing technical requirements and documenting system functionalities and workflows.
- Provide assistance in creating system design documentation and specifications.
- Support implementation of system changes, enhancements, and integrations in conjunction with development teams. Contribute to testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system functionalities and configurations.
- Support testing prior to initiative launches and assists the Manager in collaborating with QA teams to identify and report bugs, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
- Aid in managing eCommerce data, ensuring accuracy and integrity and supporting data analysis activities.
- Assist in organizing and tracking project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications - External
Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range: P2: $33.00 - $46.50 / Hour
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

ADA Statement:
While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
