Major/Minor Service Differentiation:

Priority in patrol must be given to call response, security investigation, providing site surveillance and establishing a visible security presence throughout the site. The demands of any one location must be weighed against this priority. The training and professional development of individual site personnel is secondary though no less important responsibility. The Paladin Contract Management Team will assist the Leader in this effort.

Physical Demands:

The patrol calls for the good physical conditioning required to check buildings on foot and spend long hours driving. They must perform tasks associated with mobile response through a 8-9-hour shift. The Patrol leader must be physically able to meet the fitness for work criteria established by IOL for the position.

Typical Decision Making Demands:

Patrol leader calls for performance guided by established patrol parameters. The Leader may be asked to make quick decisions and should have an aptitude for problem solving. This position counts heavily on the self-motivation of the individual and the necessary flexibility in thinking that can adjust to the unexpected.
