- Be a part of the action! We are seeking Event Security Supervisors with exceptional communication and customer service skills to provide Supervisory oversight at concerts, festivals, and sporting events. If you enjoy staying active and working outdoors, this role is a perfect fit for you.
- Shifts: Based on the duration of each event
- Payrate: $22.50 - $25.00/hour

- Manage the Event Team, including Guest Services and Security Officers, effectively and efficiently directing stage security, floor security, OFA Level 3 attendants, bar security, and more
- Address and resolve incidents as they arise
- Provide documented, critical feedback and coaching to the Team during their shifts.
- Recognize exceptional performance by Event Officers and Guest Services and issue accolades where it is due.
- Ensure Shift start and end timesheets are signed off on by the Team, hold individuals accountable for this process and escalate, as necessary.
- Monitor surveillance and crowd control
- investigation of security incidents and provide necessary details through proper chain of command.
- Able to delegate additional tasks to the Event Team as needed, given any unique circumstances for that Event
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage traffic and parking
- Address and resolve incidents as they arise
- This is a great opportunity for individuals who can commit to evening event shifts.
- Valid BC Security Guard License (OFA Level 3 or Traffic Control Ticket considered assets)
- Supervisory Experience an asset
- Flexible availability to accommodate varied event schedules
- Clear criminal background check
- Clear child abuse registry check
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Availability for evening shifts (start times vary: 4 PM, 5 PM, etc.) as most events occur during the evening
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 1 year security experience
Valid BC Security Licence
