Float Requirement: Yes, traveler will work with the CNRO(Centralized Resource Nursing Pool).

Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team.
Patient Diagnoses: Floating between several medical, surgical, and telemetry units.
Special Procedures/Unit Details: Contract staff may be required to care for patients with COVID.
Scheduling Type: based on scheduling gaps
Unit Orientation: 24hrs (2 shifts)
Scrubs: Navy
** Must Pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty. **

Ratios: 1:6 flex based on needs in organization
Float Pool currently covers three separate campuses.
Majority of shifts will be at the main campus but shift can also be scheduled and New Hanover Orthopedic Hospital and Pender Memorial Hospital.
Candidates will float to all medical/Surgical floors

RTO: 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer
Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster.
Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur.
Contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed.
