- Job Requirements
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1YR
- Skills: MED/Surg, Telemetry-remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Team, IV insulin protocols, Colostomy Care, Feeding tube care & management, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Blood Product Administration, etc.
- Preferred Skills: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Accessing Ports, Insulin, CVA, Surgical drains, etc.
- Schedule Information
- Shift: 12 hr NIGHTS; 36 or 48 hours accepted
- Will accept 13-26 weeks
- Floating Requirement: Floating required
- Weekend Requirement: 12-16 per contract
- RTO: 7 days MAX
- Scheduling Type: based on unit needs
- Unit Orientation: 24 hours
- Contract staff may be required to report to work during catastrophic events
- Unit Specific Information
- Target Ratios: 1:5-6
- Unit Systems: Pyxis, Epic, SBAR
- Special Procedures/Unit Details: Isolation area for COVID patients, multi-level care to include stepdown
- Additional Details
- Contract staff will be assigned to work a Storm Team or Hurricane Team
- Contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed
