At NorthBay Health, The Revenue Analyst works under minimal supervision to produce and analyze accurate and timely revenue reports and analytics for all assigned NorthBay Healthcare companies, divisions, and/or general ledger accounts related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and net revenue.

Qualifications
Education: B.S. in Accounting or a minimum of 8 years of experience as an Accountant or Financial Analyst can be substituted for the B.S. CPA preferred.
Experience: 5 or more years of hospital accounting experience, AR and revenue recognition preferred.
Skills: Able to work effectively under tight time constraints. Must be able to analyze complex accounting and operational problems and be able to recommend viable solutions to those problems. Must be able to initiate procedural changes in response to changes in the external environment. Demonstrated ability to apply generally accepted accounting principles. Demonstrated ability to make appropriate independent judgments on subjective accounting estimates. Must be able to assess the reasonableness of the results of their own work and/or the work of their subordinates. P.C. Skills: Expert level Windows and Office (emphasis in Excel). Concentration software experience including Oracle (ERP, EPM, HCM), Keane (NTT), Syntellis (Axiom), Epic, Easy Cap or others. Requires a high comfort level with taking initiative and responsibility, high energy and productivity and the ability to manage details in an organized work style. Must be able to manage time and changing priorities effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates NorthBay's values and true north including nurturing care, own it, respect relationships, build trust, hardwire excellence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High comfort level with dealing with all levels of management, including Senior Management.
Hours of Work: Exempt. Days – full-time Monday through Friday. Start and end times and other hours of work are subject to business needs.
Compensation: $51.55 to $62.67 based on years of experience doing the roles of the job.
