Description
At NorthBay Health the Director of Integration will be responsible for key projects and initiatives that will support the growth of the integrated health network. This may include assisting in the development of business strategies, launching key initiatives from the strategic plan, working with external partners, and coordinating with key internal stakeholders. The role will help bridge they key work needed to be done between strategic planning and project management.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred in Business, Organizational Development or Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare operations, consulting, or program development.
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement.
- Skills:
- Strong project thinking and planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in understand technology and integration with initiatives
- Attributes:
- Proven networking abilities and a proactive attitude towards expanding organizational influence.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in representing NorthBay Health.
- Compensation: $160K -180k based on years of experience in the role.
