    DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
  • Manages, coaches, mentors, and provides feedback to training roles.
  • Provides feedback and recommendations on the effectiveness of training materials.
  • Coordinates training logistics and manages classroom activities.
  • Assesses current training programs and materials and makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Creates e-Learning opportunities that support foundational training curriculum and align with curriculumgoals.
  • Maintains inventory of training supplies and materials.
  • Develops training content that may require disclosure or have IMP restrictions on it.
  • Processes complex data for use in training and continuous improvement efforts.


Qualifications

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
  • 6 to 8 years of related experience required.
  • Four to six years of training experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and facilitate training programs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent skills with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and eLearning/instructional design software (Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate).
  • Japanese-English bilingual fluency preferred.
  • Requires working knowledge and experience in own job family and broadens capabilities; has worked withand is proficient with current practices and procedures.
  • Requires expanded knowledge in own job family and broadens capabilities.
  • AA/BA Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Background in adult training theory and techniques required.
  Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role This position includes a base salary range of $67,500 - $108,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
