• Current KS RN License
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• BLS - Basic Life Support
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
• State License Verification needed
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam

Job Details
• 13-week contract
• Current KS RN License
• BLS
• Day shift position, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (or until pt visits are completed), 40 hours per week.
• On call requirements – Typically 4-6 on-call days per month (each 4-week schedule period).
• Weekday on-call begins @ 4:30 p.m. thru 0800am.
• One weekend shift obligation per month (each 4-week schedule period).
• This position is not in the Hospital, it is a Home Visit position.
• EMR – Brightree (MatrixCare)
• Mileage/travel related to patient care will be reimbursed at the current IRS reimbursement rate
• Job entails 60 mile radius of 6 counties

Job Requirements
• Registered Nurse
• Current KS RN License
• BLS

Schedule Information
• Day shift, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• 40 hours per week
• 4-6 on-call days per month
• One weekend shift obligation per month

Additional Details
• Government issued photo ID required
• Emergency Contact Form required prior to start
• ACLS from AHA or ARC required for Med Surg
• PALS preferably from AHA or ARC required for certain units
• TNCC required for ER
• Travel to multiple counties within a 60 mile radius
