- In collaboration with the Registered Nurse (RN), provides safe, quality care for patients/residents according to individualized care plan that supports patient/resident outcomes.
- Treats all patients/residents with dignity and respect.
- Knows, follows and maintains resident rights.
- Assists with oversight of non-clinical and support staff personnel.
- Assesses patient health care needs, nursing care requirements and the delivery of nursing care for all assigned patients, recognizing the specific individual needs of the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.
- Plans and prioritizes care required to meet assigned patients' health care needs.
- Implements nursing actions in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and established policy.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of nursing care to ensure responsible and appropriate care is rendered to patients.
- Self-Management: Holds self accountable for delivery of responsible nursing care, demonstrates effective communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
- Assumes responsibility for own continued development and assists with the development of other staff members.

- 2+ Year of experience - Required
- Prior Travel - Preferred
- First to float - Required!
- Epic Experience - Highly Preferred
- Work History Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- License/Certifications (MI LARA & BLS, ACLS - AHA)
- Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50 mile radius restriction)
