Overview: Office 365 - Senior System Administrator

Position can be Remote (Work from Home)
• Manage and maintain the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage and maintain the on-premises Exchange environment, email security appliances, and DMARC solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Office 365 services.
• Implement and manage security features to protect Office 365 data.
• Configure and maintain Office 365 applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate Office 365 with other systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry and government regulations.
• Provide training and support to users of Office 365 applications.
• Stay up-to-date with technology advancements and improvements in Office 365.
• On-Call rotation is required
Primary Function Manages servers, storage, operating systems and applications to ensure availability, recoverability, performance, integrity and supportability through production support and maintenance of existing systems and development and implementation of systems enhancements All positions in this job family participate, to some degree, in the following activities: Production Support monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, enhancing and providing advanced customer support Deployment / Implementation planning and executing the implementation of new applications or system integration and testing Design researching, recommending and designing new technologies, new configurations and enhancements to existing systems; providing consulting advice to customers on the capabilities of the network environment
Qualifications:
- Experience: Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
- Other: Understand basic network concepts General understanding of a variety of operating systems Ability to work in a complex technical environment
