This group is powered by 1 Physician, 1 Advanced Practitioner, and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.
This Opportunity Offers:
- Day Shift Position - Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Outpatient Clinic
- Full-time position
- No weekend or call required
- Working with patients 65 years and older
- Smaller patient panel; extended patient visit times
- Frequent patient visit for chronic conditions
- System-wide Epic EMR
