Overview:

 

Prepares, measures and administers radiopharmaceuticals for use in diagnostic and therapeutic studies. Performs and assists with nuclear medicine studies. Is responsible for patient safety protocols. Maintains all federal, state, local and regulatory agency requirements. Participates in CQI activities.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation from approved school of Radiology Sciences with certification in Nuclear Medicine.

  • Licensure: Licensed in Nuclear Medicine by the State of Oklahoma.

  • Certifications: Current BLS certification.

  • Other: Basic computer knowledge. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

  • Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science - Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • Preferred Experience: 1 year experience.
  • Preferred Certifications: NMTCB or ARRT.
  • Preferred Other: Additional languages preferred.
