We are seeking a motivated leader to join our growing Med Surg team as a Clinical Supervisor. This role offers an amazing growth and development opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RNs) ready to advance their career in a supportive, collaborative environment. 36 hours per week, night shift, flexible scheduling.
Here's what you'll experience:
- Leadership: Guide, lead, and develop nursing staff to ensure high standards of care.
- Onboarding: Experience in selecting and onboarding new coworkers, ensuring a smooth transition into our team
- Nursing Sensitive Indicators: Become proficient in monitoring and improving these critical metrics.
- Quality and Safety Metrics: Learn to utilize and optimize these metrics to enhance patient care.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduated from an acccredited Nursing program
Licensure: Current Oklahoma RN License
Experience: 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.Certification/Registration: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period.
Certifications: BLS & ACLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently. NIHSS; if new to the unit, nurse will obtain within the first three months of employment in Critical Care
Other: Completes Hospital and Unit Specific nursing competency within 3 months of employment and annually, submits to Nurse Manager/ Education Coordinator.
Preferred Education: BSN
