General Summary of Position
Leads and manages the activities of the MPBS Training Department and team. Ensures that users throughout the organization are trained to utilize system functionality to the fullest level of which their responsibilities require. Continuously expands and improves training curriculum, develops and updates documentation and training materials. Provides testing and analysis in conjunction with IDX system additions, modifications and/or upgrades. Acts as an internal consultant to both MPBS and clinical departments by auditing and evaluating team's system use. Continuously updates, augments and distributes job aids to all system users and maintains the MPBS policies and procedures manual to ensure synergy between system, operational processes and institutional guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Education or related field required
- Consideration will be given to an appropriate combination of education/training and experience
Experience
- 5-7 years teaching, user support and technical writing required, preferably in a clinical/hospital setting
- 5 - 7 years of supervisor or leadership experience required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Practical knowledge of computer systems.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent verbal presentation and teaching skills.
- High energy level, creativity and self motivation essential.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work and thrive in team oriented, production and deadline driven work environment.
- Ability to function in classroom settings, as well as provide training on-work-site locations.
This position has a hiring range of $80,995 - $144,102
