Description
This PRN Research Assistant will cover the night shift outside of the regular hours especially transplants happen many times in the evenings, late at night, weekends, and holidays.
Under direct or close supervision, provides technical lab and clinical research assistance to the research team to facilitate a variety of research activities including pre-clinical work, study development and protocol management, literature review, participant screening and recruitment, data collection, analysis and dissemination, and database management.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a health, science or other related field preferred
- Associate degree in a health or science related field or equivalent education/experience required
- Undergraduate and/or work experiences that demonstrate aptitude for research facilitation required
- Previous work in a research setting preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Must be flexible, highly motivated, dedicated and capable of working both independently and on various team projects in a diverse setting.
