Status: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00AM – 5:00PM with rotating on-call responsibilities.
Job Summary:
MedStar Health is looking for a Program Manager Executive Health to join our team at MedStar Ambulatory Services- LaFayette.
This position is responsible for growing MedStar Health's Executive Health program through external partnership-building, high-level care coordination, and maintenance of partnerships within MedStar. Develops and maintains long-term positive working relationships with targeted executive audiences who have the need for care services. Serves as the liaison between the external client and the clinic, overseeing the referral process. Oversight includes initiatives in the Washington DC Metro Area and Baltimore Area.

Primary Duties:
· Lead, manage, and develop departmental staff, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and collaboration.
· Oversee daily operations of Executive Health services, ensuring seamless, personalized care experiences for all clients.
· Coordinate care pathways and referral protocols for high-profile clients, maintaining confidentiality and service excellence.
· Participate in the Executive Health on-call rotation to support patient needs during evenings and weekends.
· Develop and maintain financial dashboards to track program performance, patient engagement, and ROI.
· Manage billing inquiries across multiple entities, ensuring accurate, timely resolution and high patient satisfaction.
· Serve as the primary liaison with Executive Health clients and partner organizations, building strong strategic relationships.
· Collaborate with internal marketing teams to promote program visibility and support patient volume growth.
· Represent MedStar Health at community events and outreach efforts, driving awareness and engagement.
· Contribute to budget planning and oversee program activities to meet financial and growth targets.
· Partner with MedStar hospitals, urgent care centers, specialty networks, and community groups to advance population health initiatives.
· Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction, implementing service improvements and resolving issues proactively.
· Collaborate with organizational leadership to identify and develop innovative business and service opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in related field Required and
· Master's degree Healthcare Management or a related field Preferred
· 3-4 years 4 years of progressively more responsible job-related experience Required and
· Managerial experience Preferred
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to exercise independent judgment.
· Business acumen and leadership skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, internal departments, and external agencies.
· Working knowledge of various computer software applications.
This position has a hiring range of $70,428 - $141,710
