General Summary of Position
Conducts analysis to support strategic planning and activation functions such as service line strategic growth planning, ambulatory network development and acute care facility planning.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business/Finance or Science-related field (Biology, Engineering, etc) required and
- Master's degree in Health Administration or Business preferred
Experience
- 1-2 years of quantitative analytic experience and working knowledge of health care required and
- Healthcare strategic planning, operations or finance experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- No special certification, registration or licensure required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required (e.g., Pivot Tables, Macros, V-LookUp, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis and interpretation is required.
- Experience using SQL, Tableau, mapping, and business intelligence tools preferred.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a natural sense of curiosity and attention to detail.
- Exercises initiative and seeks guidance as appropriate.
- Collaborates with team members on priority projects and development of key deliverables.
This position has a hiring range of $58,656 - $93,246
