Description

Leads development and maintenance of routine internal reporting, analytics and analytic models. Collaborates across the Finance organization to deliver strategic and financial insights and for maintaining data, analytics, predictive models and reporting to support the ongoing insight generation and ad hoc inquiries. Implements and trains others on standard processes and provides ad hoc financial analysis in support of ongoing financial and operational support to the organization.
Education

• Bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or related field required and
• Master's degree Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or related field preferred

• 5-7 years Experience in analytics, reporting, data governance, or a related field required and
• Experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, and decision support. required

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred

• Broad knowledge of finance and business
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience across organizational boundaries.
• Ability to analyze data, detect problems and develop solutions.
• Ability to think creatively and show initiative.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate time to effectively deal with multiple projects
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis techniques, generally accepted accounting principles, financial reporting, and healthcare reimbursement.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software, word processing and other common office applications.
