Medstar Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery seeks a BC/BE General Otolaryngologist for a full-time position in Maryland, just south of Washington, DC.
This practice opportunity is located at our state-of-the-art offices in Brandywine and Waldorf, Md., with operating privileges at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center and the Ambulatory Surgery Center at Brandywine. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in the medical and surgical management of a range of general otolaryngology conditions in adult and pediatric patients. This position also presents the opportunity to develop practice interests while working in a large department with support from colleagues in all subspecialties and to participate in medical student and resident education.
There is also an opportunity to practice at the Washington, DC, location with potential for academic appointment through Georgetown University Medical Center. The candidate will join two physicians and a Physician Assistant in a busy Otolaryngology practice with access to a modern and efficient on-site ambulatory surgery center. Brandywine and Waldorf are thriving communities within a short commuting distance to Washington, DC and Alexandria, VA. This position has a hiring range of $316,500 - $496,000.
